Update!

Things are going better with Rob's new schedule than I thought they would. I actually like it better. He works midnights on the weekends, so even though he's asleep, he's still here, and I'm asleep when he's gone. He works every Wednesday, and the other 8 hours are random. This upcoming week he's off Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I'm thinking of going to my mom's because I left a box there, and she has this shelf thing I want to spray paint black and hang above our toilet for more storage!

Speaking of bathrooms, we re did ours last night. Rob had worked 7AM-3PM and had to go back to work at 11PM-11AM. Well, he didn't end up taking a nap so he asked me if I wanted to go shopping. What girl would turn that down? We got to the Mt. Vernon mall, and he forgot his wallet so we had to go back and get it. Instead of going back to the mall, we decided to go next week and just went to walmart. I got a purple shower curtain, purple rugs, a black tooth brush holder, three new towels, and some purple sheets. (Can you tell I love purple?!) I am absolultely in love with our bathroom!! I will post pictures later.

I've been craving a new phone lately and I am in love with the blackberry bold that has a touchscreen! Rob was talking about going to Verizon and getting an Iphone so I may have to wait until we go to that. I go through t mobile on my mom's family plan right now.

I had been feeling like I haven't had any friends lately, so I told my friend Tara how I felt. It seemed like even though I live in Mt. Vernon now, we never hung out or barely talked. Since then we've been talking more and we hung out on Thursday. We ran a couple of errands and then came back to my apartment and hung out a bit. It was really nice, but I'm afraid things will go back to the way they were again with us. I just wish I could find a GOOD best friend that I could trust and hang out with a lot. She told me how her boyfriend may be transfering jobs to Missouri, and she would go too of course.

Blake's been doing really good. It seems like he's growing every week! His next doctor appointment is October 10. I can't believe he's going to be 3 months in a few days. I'm excited for all of the holidays with him! Whenever I sing 'you are my sunshine' to him, he smiles real big and laughs! That was Carly's song when she was a baby, but I'm pretty sure Blake has stole it :)

My weight keeps going from 106-108. I've been eating so bad lately, it's like I can't control myself. Then I realized my period is coming up and I'm assuming that's why. I had to take my blood pressure at walmart Thursday and call it in, and get a refill on my birth control. We also went to the public aid office on Thursday to give them my new address since my mom has to move by the end of September. (The landlord sold the house.) She had to put Rob on my case, so I'm pretty sure our link is going to go down. We've been getting $367 a month, which helps us A LOT! It's going to suck so bad if they cut us off, or take money off.
