Bingo!

I've been going over to St. Jacob for bingo the past two Saturdays. I didn't win the first time, but this time I won $40! At first I didn't want to go, because I figured I wouldn't win anyway and plus we were making chicken fajitas for dinner. My brother saved me a plate though, so it all worked out.

Rob is picking up an extra day this week, and going to open a bank account. He's been saving his checks so he's sitting on a pretty good amount. There's still some things I want to get for the apartment, such as:

• Curtains.
• A bigger trash can.
• A new shower curtain/rug set.
• Tooth brush holder.
• Paper towel holder.
• A broom.
• A sweeper.

I'm sure I can think of more things that we need, but that'll do for now. I'm excited about decoratng and organizing.

It's supposed to be a surprise, but Chad is taking me to babies r us to pick out a crib! I've been looking on their website and I can't decide if I want a black one or a white one. I'd LOVE a black one, but if I get a white one it'd match my other furniture. Plus, I think it'd make the room brighter. I found a really cute black one that I fell in love with, but it's only sold online.

My uncle got me a stroller/carseat combo. My aunt got me one of those little vibrating things you lay the baby in (my mind is going blank!), plus she's going to get me a bassinet. My other aunt got me a swing. I feel like when this baby shower is over, I'm going to have everything I need and then some! One more week! I'm really excited!

I really want an October wedding anniversary, but I was thinking of just going ahead and going to the court house in June before Blake is born, and then having our wedding in October (27th) like I had planned since it's the weekend before Halloween. Halloween and fall is my FAVORITE time of year.
