Guys are gross

Rob and his dad came up yesterday to pick up the furniture and bring it back to the apartment. I decided to come back with him, and it hasn't been bad so far. I'm sitting here alone right now though, watching Made because today is his first day at General Tire. He has to do orientation so hopefully he won't be there too long. We woke up at 6AM (I woke up a little before of course) and I made his lunch. I put a special little note in it too, so I can't wait for him to see it :)

My friend Tara wants to hang out around 12:30/1PM. Her boyfriend is going to lunch with someone else. Not sure what we're gonna do yet but I'll be glad to get out of the apartment. I cleaned all morning. I don't see how guys let things get this bad. It's gross! I changed the shower curtain that I sent back with him two weeks ago, even though he's probably going to get onto me about it. He doesn't like me doing a lot of stuff while pregnant. When he gets off we're gonna rearrange the front room.

I'll be glad when we have cable in the living room and not just in the bedroom. I hate having this recliner in here. It takes up too much room. We're also getting rid of the dresser for more room. I hope we can have a bigger apartment by time the baby gets here, or close after. I don't see anyway to make all of us fit. He'll be getting a raise the same month the baby is born, so that's good at least.

Last night I was craving Dairy Queen SO BAD, so he took me there and then we went to Walmart and did some grocery shopping. It's ridiculous how much groceries are. I guess I never realized it until I got the link card.

My back has been hurting a lot lately. Especially when I don't sit against something. I've never been this big before and it's so uncomfortable. I still have until June too.

  1. Wil and I came up with a little plan when it comes to groceries to save money. We even shop on base which is supposed to be cheaper but it's not. First thing we did when we moved in was bought all the major things (sugar, spices, normal things that you'll need all the time) PLUS groceries. It was seriously like 300 dollars (plus we had Morgan and Brooke with us so that probably didn't help..) but anyways..

So after we did that, the next time we went back we bought everything we wanted which ended up almost 200. Now we came up with a plan. We have a 150$ limit every 2 week. We calculate everything we buy (Wil literally takes a calculator in with him which is pretty embarassing but oh well). We add everything up and once we get everything we NEED, and if we have left over money, we buy junk food/snacks that we would like.

Also, make a list! It helps a LOT! :) Planning out meals is also a great idea too.
